China Car Brief is an independent prototype for UK buyers comparing cars from Chinese-owned and Chinese-origin brands. It is not affiliated with a manufacturer, retailer or finance provider.

Our source order

  1. Current UK manufacturer specification or configurator
  2. Official UK brochure or price guide
  3. Official European manufacturer material, clearly labelled as European
  4. Regulators and testing bodies such as SMMT and Euro NCAP
We do not merge markets.

A Chinese CLTC range, European charge peak and UK price cannot be combined into one pretend specification.

Corrections

Every audited page carries a review date. If a manufacturer changes a specification, the dated record should change too. A permanent editorial email will replace the prototype address before public launch.
